Questions
Do I need Shopify?
No. LiveStrato keeps your stock itself. If you do use Shopify, it syncs stock both ways so the shop and your lives never sell the same item twice.
Does it work with TikTok Shop auctions?
Yes. That's what it was built for. You run your auctions in TikTok as normal and scan each item as it sells. LiveStrato matches the TikTok orders to your lots when they come in.
What scanner do I need?
Any barcode scanner that works with a computer. A scanner set to serial mode keeps working while TikTok or Seller Centre is in front. No scanner yet? A phone camera option is on the way.
Where is my data kept?
On your own computer. Your stock, sales and buyers never sit on our servers. Passwords and access keys are locked with your computer's keychain. Read the privacy policy.
What happens after the 28 days?
Pick a plan to carry on. If you don't, LiveStrato goes read only: your lives, stock and reports stay there to view and export.
